Advertise?
Submit to search engine?
Or something other?

You just need to get them out on the search engines. I believe I gave you the link to the tutorial earlier, on how to do that. It just takes time.

Maybe invite some of your personal friends and have them pass the word.

And make sure you have your forum to be listed in the directory as well.
