um a few PHP questions

hey idk if i can get much help on this but im writing a site code by hand (meaning no programs) just notepad and my browser and i will admit im not very good at PHP can some one give me a hand i want to make a register and login and users online in whatever time frame for now any help will be appreciated dont RTFM bc there is no point for that if you need more info on it ill be glad to answer and any one who is good with CSS how do i make a sperate file that i can call out for all my pages on my main site file thank you

yeah i know but this is for a webpage not threw forumotion so i will be able to do in this case im just not good at PHP sadly

ok well random question can i redo the HTML on my fourm

my forum is phpBB2 (subsilver) and id like to re wright the HTML if i am allowed to take a HTML code i make my self and kinda inject or put it in to my forum replacing the one that is put on when you create the forum

how do i do that and for the trems i just have to keep the

© thing at the bottom and all you copywrights?

ok yeah im reading over that lol just to be safe but how do i get to input my own code again?

where can i find the template to do the HTML on the main page or do i need to disable that page and have a new one top of it

ok sorry im asking so many questions im so not used to this haha is there any way i can get help from you off here maybe via email bc you seem to know what to do more than i do and i dont want to take space others can use for more important problems
