I have a checkered pattern that is used for the outer edges of the background. The inner background is a solid color.Slow connections load the checkered background for ALL of the forum and then eventually swaps the solid color for the inner background. How can CSS be changed so that the checkered pattern never displays on the inner portion of the forum?
