how do I manage the auto Adverts at the top of the page under the header?

Hello,

Do you mean the advertisements? No there is no way, the only way to remove them is by credits:
Admin Panel > Misc > Spend Credits

ok, is there anyway to control what adverts are shown.

We have no control over the ads. We can only remove them by using credits.
