Solved Really weird registering glitch

When users go to register on my forum this really weird box always comes up showing one of the badges in my award system.

Also it only has 3 things to fill out upon registering? Most forums will have a location, birthday, timezone, etc..

How can I edit this sections and fix this glitch? All replies are appreciated.

Hello,

Make sure that your badge/awards profile isn't necessarily filled, check it here:
Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Profiles > Modify > 'Necessarily filled? : Set it to No > Save
