Pm notification at top

...and no one is getting notification on the site (email notification working however) for when they get a pm. need help with adjusting that plz.

The user's would have too change this option themselves in there profiles.. however you can change it for each user that wants it by going too: Admin Panel>>Users and Groups>>Search Users at this point click on the user's username and scroll down too prefrences then and you'll see this: Notify by e-mail when a new message has arrived in my inbox, next too this there will a option of yes or no... make sure it says yes on there profile!

i'm not talking email notification. i mentioned that in 1st post.
i'm talking about up in the little tab bar thing near top with home/portal/etc not giving notice that people get pm'd. in other words, website notification.

Members have to set it in their profiles to allow a pop up window for new pms, and they have to change their browsers' settings to allow pop ups.
