That has nothing to do with buying a domain its just points on now well your forum is doing and all it does is set you to a level in that grouping. for example say i'm in the group of arts and culture and my points is 300 and another person's forums points is 450 he will have a higher rank then me in that section and its rank are between 1-10 or even more
