Founder is AWOL - Want to make sure site continues

Hi

I'm an admin on a forum and the founder has gone AWOL. The other admin, and moderators, have been in limbo for about 3-4 months and frankly don't know what to do. We think he just got out of the hobby (SW Collector Site) and just kind of went about his life. I've got an Email address that I can't access right now and can't reset the password and honestly just don't know what to do.

Is there a way to get Founder control?
