Facebook, cant connect

Hi

I am trying to connect FB and following the instructions for Facebook Connect. It doesn't work however. WHen I click the link that is to take me to https://developers.facebook.com/setup/ it just takes me to my FB page for my company.

This is the page I want but it doesn't do anything as far a setting up the connection.

What am I doing wrong?

If you have already set up an Facebook app for your forum, then all you have to do is enter the information here:
Administration Panel > Modules > Facebook Connect > Configuration
App ID
Secret ID

Even after this, you will have to associate your forum account with your Facebook account:
Profile > Preferences
Assoicate with Facebook account
Also old members who want to use this will have to do it, too. New members will not have to do this.
