Quote box change

How do i make the Quote box look like the one on the forum here:

In you colors list change the quote font to #536482

then the Buttons, Code and Quote color : to #ebeadd
Then hit save

What i'd like to add is the Quotation marks icon, and the name of the person who posted it in, the box, Heres what my forum has, its ugly :

If u look closely the words "codgod10 wrote:" is outside of the quote box.
I want it inside, with a quotation icon like this:
