More Complex Moderation Control Panel

On other website making sites woth forums, like phbb and invision, they have a unique moderation panel. I believe we should allow more options. Maybe to see:
•Reported members
•Reported Posts
•Announcements from Admin to Mod

Forumotion has a report system for reported posts. For announcements between staff members, you can set up a forum that only allows certain staff groups to see it.

Could you please explain in more detail the reported members feature?
