forum going slow

i'm forum is going really realy slow and at time i'm getting this

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

See the problems hasn't been fixed then..........
The main problem is still there - when refreshing my website it looks like this
but if i F5 & Ctrl (Hard refresh) its looks normal - but otherwise it always looks like the picture above... Any clues to when this is going to be fixed - i know you said above it was going to be yesterday!
What i can say to them... - it has sped up a bit - Hope this gets sorted soon, as many of members of all types of forums are getting pee'd off - I again tonight mimicked your post above saying it was going to be sorted today (yesterday) and isnt... Just wondering what excuse should i give them today?

the control and f5 is a cookie problem, have you tried clearing them and your temporary internet files? As for the drag, i also hope that is fixed soon.

Just cleared all cookies & cache on IE & Firefox and it still does the same unfortunately

It really R&R many times it happens with me but only that time when i am changing something from the admin panel

I can get the front page to load and the forum page but when I try to open a topic it just sits there. Please help, people are calling me.

my forum http://capitol.6forum.info/index.htm is unbelievably slow(in the morning was everything all right)...admins, pls check it.
