Need to switch the color

This is for the background of my forum's xat box

Here's the pic of my current background:

I need the blue in that pic changed to green. It can't be a dark shade of green. In fact the closer it being a neon/bright green, the better

I can do this for you.

Is that the exact size of the image, or can is it larger?

If I edit it, it will be that exact size and it seems really tiny to me.

It is just Contrast or maybe Sharpness..
