Instead of one title ((Rank Administration)) why can't we add more than one?

It'll be like this. http://ft.dtupload.com/zE/multititle.jpg

See how he has

Corporal
Field Training Operations.

It'll be a cool addition instead of having to do Title1/Title2/Title3

Sorry, I'm not sure, if I understand you right. You want to add more than just one rank to a member, for example "Admin" and "Graphic Designer" ?!

Just make a profiled field of text field, let the member himself modify this value.

Rad meaning Cool.

Anyways, I made them "text" only, I go to "Search Users" and click a name.

But I don't see the option to give the people their titles?

I think after making a field, you can choose to add the text for individual users.

What is it that you exactly want to achieve? You are confusing me now.

Make such a profile field. I checked for member, you can keep it unchecked if you want only admins to be able to modify the field.

Code:
