How to put social media buttons in Blogs?

I ask this if this will work on blogs and please tell me how.

all forum have social media button ! its widget name is social bookmarking in your portal

If you are, there should be a button or link called Share in the top right corner of a topic. Exactly there should be a list of links to social networks under the blog post.
