Only Certain Pms can be messaged code

Hey members,

Does anyone know a code which could prohibit members from PMing someone like an Admin on a forum unless the message title is something specific that the Admin will allow.
In other words, say if an Admin had a massive forum with lots of users and they didnt want to receive PMs from people because they would just ask her/him silly questions like can I advertise on your forum, can I be a mod in your forum etc so she/he disabled PMs. However if this Admin wanted to be able to receieve PMs only if it had the title 'Report against a member of staff', for example, would there be a code to allow this or should I suggest this type of feature in the Ideas Forum here? If I understand what you are asking, it is not possible.

You could remove the ability to use the private message system for certain members.
