[Help] CKeditor wont delete

i have deleted the javascript, and Css but it wont go away

You probably have added some template edits, in fact, I am sure of it
Admin panel >> Display > Templates > Post & Private message.

Nope i havent edited any templates in that section, is there a javascript code for the default editor that i can use to override the ckeditor

I'm not sure, I'm not too familiar with CK Editor.
Have you edited the template General > Viewtopic_body?
Lets check the JS page anyways, it sounds like there's some there.
Edit one at a time, if they have any reference to 'Editor' delete it.

**** i cant login to my forum :p , i screwed up a login html page and now it wont let me login, it just keeps redirecting to the same page over and over again

yes i removed the java code and CSS code but its still there, i have reset my browser, restarted my pc, but its still there

Darren i didnt do any template editing i dont think, it might just be a server error or something because i removed all the stuff i put, but its still there, and if i backed up my forum i would lose so much scripts so i dont want to do that

Do what Rideem3 said cleared your cache and cookies.

I just cleared everything, history, caches, cookies etc. still there

ive recently logged in to his forum and the CK Editor is there but at the same time the regular tool bar is showing above the CK Editor.

Please check your templates, if they have a next to it, click it.
Look for: Post & Private message > Post & private message
General > Viewtopic_body.
Go back to the tutorial, follow the locations and remove all the codes used.

It's simply not possible for it to be there oif there's no codes.

Also, go back to your javascripts, and find the button 'activate the javascripts management' and hit no, and save.

If it disappears, one of your JavaScripts relating to the editor is still in play.

thats because i deleted the css that hides that reg. tool bar, so now its there

thanks darren! i turned java off and the ck editor wasnt there, so i went back to my java scoped all the codes until i found the script, it was very well blended in lol. thanks everyone for the help, i guess i posted the java in multiple javascript codes. SOLVED
