Is there anyway to make the registration page more safisticated . Like add confirm email, gamertag, other options while registering

You can add more profile fields to be filled out when someone register.

Administration Panel > Users & Groups > Users > Profiles
Check the box that says necessary filled for the profile fields you want to appear while someone is registering.
