Creating a simple linking Widget

I have no clue about HTML coding, but I´d like to know how to set up a simple widget with a picture that e.g. links to some other site like a youtube channel. Or just a list with specific links, properly formated.

I hope that someone can provide me some instructions/templates on how to do this.

Creating widgets can be found there:

Admin Panel >> Modules >> Forum Widgets Management >> Create A Widget

It should pretty much be like the "Forumotion Network" widget on the right side.
