FM chat problem

I don't see the features that FM chat has to offer, and the chat thing where I write doesn't show up. Help?

I just tried the chat tuto, everything seems to be alright. What are the exact features you are missing?

I apologize for breaking a rule.
The features I am missing is everything, I can't write on FM chat, the beeping sound that tells you that someone has written a message is not there.
A new drop down list within the chatbox that helps you with BBCode and Chatbox Commands.
