Hi,

There is no "universal" explanation on how to make themes. If you don't know anything about coding you should start learning. Even after having learned it all you'll still only be able to make something only similar to a vB layout.

The best way for you is to search something alike on Hitskin:

If you need some icons for your forum, either make them VIA PS or order them in the GF section: https://help.forumotion.com/f31-graphic-requests
