It is added when you given a group or member moderating powers in the forums of a category.

Hello this is easy but you wanna add a username or a group?
For username=go to AP>User&Groups>search users>click a user signed this Perms then there is like some thicks box thick like this
Moderator Status

[ASK]adding moderator name.. Tick10
And tick again for the moderators
But for usergroups same as that but click User&Groups>Groups Administration>Click the Perms Again
Click the
IS Moderator
[ASK]adding moderator name.. Tick10
