Homepage message Empty Homepage message

If a thread has a post reach a 9999 post. It will be automatically show in a home page message. Could it possible?


For example, i give a homepage message title as: Hot Threads

Then, there are 5 thread that reach a post until 9999 posts. So that 5 thread will shown automatically at home page message.


I'm sorry if i ask this question in wrong place
