Solved HTML code won't show in posts

I'm trying to make a promotion to put onto this site to promote my site,I'm trying to use HTML but when I post it,it doesn't work and HTML is enabled for the post- this is code-

Do you have it set in your profile?
Profile (navigation menu) > Preferences
Allow HTML In Messages: Yes

When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
Never post your email in public.

Hi, please make sure that HTML is enabled in your profile, admin panel and the post itself. Here is a tutorial on enabling HTML: https://help.forumotion.com/t35636-enabling-html
