How to make a forum official and professional?

I have a forum that's for young girls. Teenage girls. I wanna make the forum bigger and better and have professionals on it, giving information and help. I want the forum to be an official help website for girls. Where should I start?

Well to be honest. It would be hard as how would you block males for joining?

Start with: AP>>General>>Configuration>>

On that page scroll down where you see "Forum width (number or %)" and make the percentage number larger than what it is not going over 100% and "Save" your settings.

Yeah, we don't like the males on the forum cause the girls canät really open up that much when talking about problems. I know anyone can come on the forum and pretend to be a girl but it's working so far.

I don’t think if it will be possible. You cannot monitor who’s viewing our forum, and at the same time stop them joining.

-Have a easy to remember URL that doesn't include the .forumotion part.

-Get rid of all advertisements

-Organized categories, forums, and subforums

To make it professional, it has to adopt certain methods that never tried ever. well..... may be eliminating the spammer entirely.

1. Pick a professional looking theme/skin
2. Edit it to look more professional and based on your forum topic
3. Make sure you advertise
4. Make contests tournaments and such so users post
5. In Forum Directory and Search Engine enter correct info
