We've said multiple times already that the code doesn't exist for PHPBB2 yet. the owners of those forums don't want to give out their code either. Youll have to wait.

The owners of those forums can simply not give out their code even if they wanted to ... Giving you it would be useless. You'd need to set up a web host and set up your own MySQL table and much more to be able to use it.
