How do you remove the "Free Forum" words displayed at the top?

Sorry for the horrific topic title. I was finding it hard to explain myself/make the question related to this post.

So anyway how would I remove this, the words "Free Forums" I know it is doable I just cannot for the life of me remember where it is.
