What are Forum Activity Points..?

I have 952.. what can I get with them, and what are they used for?

Where can I spend them? I'm assuming you can spend them..

They are not spendable. They are one of the things that is look at when Forumotion offers a free domain name. Activity points is how many users you have, how many messages on the forum, and how many topics you have. Also activity points is one of the factors on how your forum ranks in the Forumotion directory.
