Completed Change Background color to a repeating image? -Wrong Sub Forum-

Is it possible to change the background color (Which resides inside and on top of the background image) to a repeating image? I feel the color is too bland, and was hoping to add some variety and spice to the site... also, is there some form of transparency setting as well?
Please remove this! I appear to have overlooked the "Appearence" sub-forum.. bwi
