The 'Latest Topics" widget displaying old topics Empty The 'Latest Topics" widget displaying old topics

[My theme version is phpBB2 (subsilver) ]
Something is wrong with my 'Latest topics" widget. It's perfectly fine and up-to-date when I am logged in. However when i am logged out, it displays topics from April, I'm assuming that other people that are just visitors see this too.
I'm wondering why it does this, and I was wondering if there was a way to fix it?
