how to put in warning bars and another question

i know what warning bars are, but how do i put them in and do i have to update the icon and text if someone does something bad. also i saw a website that is in this video

how would i make it non manual for the dots on the bottom where you can pick which photos you want to see?

I am not sure read through the codes I guess...Those dots are useful in my opinion users can go back to look at a older slide that just passed by and carefully read the text ..Or go forward I'd keep it
