Solved The forums are in another language.

i want English forums i am from israel,so it gave me a Hebrew forum (i don't need that) i go to administration panel i choose English and click the 'Send' Button in Hebrew (there is no Submit button) however the forums stays Hebrew but i want it in english bwi Can you help me please?

Change the language both in the admin panel as well as your profile.
