I go to Users Options and there's only activation by users or by admins and I'd like to have an automatic activation.

What's the problem?

Admin CP > Users & Groups > User Options > 2nd line first option

I did that. All I get is this:

New accounts activation :
User
Admin

There's no automatic activation option
