A member cant access my site.. and it is a mistake.
The new security filter, is blocking a member of my site. I have known this person for years.. and they wouldnt be doing anything to warrant a block.
He said its giving him the "Suspicious activity, your account has been blocked" or something. I tried deleting his username and recreating the user for him... and he still cannot access it. I assume because your new security (Something like OnlineGuardian) has his IP blocked as well.
My site is
http://forums.leftanalog.net
If you could unblock his IP that would be awesome.
I'd be more than happy to supply you with the IP to unblock.
Thank You

Re: A member cant access my site.. and it is a mistake.
Before I deleted his account, I changed the password and tried to login to it myself. It would not let me login with a message akin to suspicious activity.
That is when i re-created the account, and was able to login to it multiple times with no issues. However when my friend tried again, he was still being blocked. I assumed it was an IP issue.
He told me he has gone through the "OnlineGuardian" process. However it is making him do it over and over and over again.
Please address this situation. It is unnerving to know that a member of my forums since 2010 all of the sudden could not access the site.
Again, I will provide any info you need.
Thank you
