Hi all,

Hope these don't seem like silly questions but I haven't a clue about this.

I would like to buy a domain name from Forumation but keep seeing questions about redirecting the name which all looks complicated. Then after reading through some posts I wondered am I reading it wrong though? Do I only have to redirect if I buy a domain that isn't supplied by forumotion? Second question. Will changing my domain name affect my google ranking?
