Registration Information??

Is there anyway to add a section in the member "registration process" for people to put how they know about your forum?? The forum I have set up is for a support group for home daycare providers but I want a place for new members to put where they found out about the forums...... so that only home daycare providers are approved...... kwim??

and set it to 'obligatory' (needs to be filled out) and it will appear on the registration page.
