Deleted emoticons are still in the emoticons box
I found a good site to use to add new emoticons to our forum. I added a number and they all show in the emoticons box but when you click on any of them you get the same emoticon for example if you click on one that is supposed to be clapping hands you get a bowing smiley. It's the same for all of them, if you click on a running emoticon you get the bowing one.
I deleted all the ones I'd added, but they are all still there in the emoticons box.
So how do I delete them from the emoticons box when I've already deleted them from the smileys area of the admin panel?

Did you check, whether you put the same code for each of them? All of them should have a different code.

Yes I definately put a different code on each one. I copy/pasted from the emoticon site and then saw the name of the emoticon in the code on my smiiley's admin page.

I've had a similar problem. I've changed the images of some smilies (for example, the : o smilie) but the image stays the same whether I resynchronize or wait.

Did you try clearing your cache?

If it doesn't change anything, post a screenshot of where all the smilie codes are added.

Seeing I have pretty much the same issue I can supply some. Tried clearing my cache but that didn't work.

I actually deleted all of the ones that I added and while they are no longer at the end of the list of all the default smileys, they are still in the smileys box on the forum but again whichever one you click on you get the same smiley on your post.

Re: Deleted emoticons are still in the emoticons box
Both of you, can you provide me test account details which has admin access via PM?
Edit: Elcee, what seems to be the problem? I can view them fine.
The only problem is with the smilie codes you have added.
Image removed, on author's request.
They seem to be difficult smilie codes.
