For example, here we have a section that drops down and reads : THE TOPIC STARTER THANKS YOU (or whatever, working on memory here) with big stars and what not and makes me feel as if pressing the button just shot virtual confetti everywhere.

How edit my own effect from the button?

That's supposed to make the Thanks message like the one here, right?

I did nothing to the thanks function. Do I need to add some CSS to work with the Javascript or something?

Well it's not working so far, and I followed that post to the letter. I have a Javascript page with that code inside set to load in the topics... Anything else I need to do?

Did you do this?

Note: This will only work if you haven't changed the default thanked posts color. If you have, then change this:

Yes, I inserted the Javascript, set it to load in the topics, and there is no other thank codes to contradict it either.

The only other code I have set to load in the topics is the Javascript for colorizing users I specify, but this forum is standing proof that those two work together Razz

So this - if (x[i].style.backgroundColor == "rgb(221, 235, 202)") - matches the color you have for thanked messages.
Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Colors
Thanked Message:

Ah, that seemed to be the problem. Thank you.

*Thanked your message for helping, and to see this forums thanks message*

Yeah, how can I increase the height of the table the thanks message is in?

Edit : Nvm, just edited the Java and it worked.

Edit 2 : Last question on this subject - how can I make it so that the box the thanks message is in is attached to the message thanked and has rounded boundaries? Right now it seems to appear in it's own square box.
