forum hacked + changed forum adress

Someone hacked my forum

i made a back up account or what its called but when i try to log in with a good password it says you dont have access ...

The hacker changed the website too : http://narutoshadows.forumotion.com/

what can i do to restore everything ?

please i need help .

Have you tried logging in to your utilities? It will not matter if the forums address has been changed or not.
You have to log in with the original email and pass you used to create the forum with,
Then you can change your address back and restore anything else to a previous date.
