Solved Disable new members?

How do I deactivate rregistration of new members? Must I turn on "Forum on holiday", or is it another way?

Hi, Hello

You don't want new members to register?

Try this:
1. ACP >> Users & Groups >> Users Options >> New accounts activation : Admin
2. ACP >> Users & Groups >> Users Options >> Allow new members : no
