Solved Recent topics problem

Hello everybody, me again. Smile
So i'm having a little problem with Recent topics widget.
It's like this; When you're log-in you see it perfectly good. But when you log-out you see it like this: Recent topics problem Untitled-5
I think some java-script or css codes are effecting it, but i don't wanna change them. Is there any code, which makes that none codes have an effect on my widget? I hope you understand.
