Just change the group's visibility.

Users & Groups -> Group administration -> Click the Hide legend at bottom of page Editer by the group you want to hide, and change it's group status to 'Hidden group'

Hope I could help. Smile

The reason I have the groups is to change some of my members username color, but if I change it to hidden group then the username color goes away....

Ohh. You could possibly manually change a users color in the Css with this code;
Code:
a[href="/u1"]{
  color: #AAAAAA  !important;
}

And then change 1 to the number in the Url of the user. I'v never tried it using a member in a hidden group, because I know it doesn't change the color of a member with a group color, but you could try since hidden groups don't give the color.

(Also change the #AAAAAA to the color you want them to be.)
