What is that Editboard???????

I have difficulties with changing the color of the text in my forum
i saw in the topic " Possible? Not possible?"
So I saw:
Here are things which you can do with EditBoard:

- modify the colors of your forum one by one.......

Can anybody explain me and help me how i can change the color of the text???
I go in colors .. I change the code, on the right side I see that is changing, but when I click send, nothing happens in my forum..
Why is that so???

there is a few glitches just now, you could try pressing ctrl and f5 to refresh and if not it should be fixed soon.
