If its a guest, how could you ban it? Do you want to randomly IP ban some IP?

I figured out how to do it.
No its a guest that keeps harrasskng the members of my forum.

Yes solved.
I went onto the admin panel home page, scrolled down and found the ip of that guest and ip banned it.
