Forum will be Deleted Empty Forum will be Deleted

Still my forum is under Deletion . While those Circumstances regarding the DMCA and TOS are already removed.

How to fix this?

The forum will be checked on 27/8/2012, if everything confirms & is fine the warning message will be gone. If it still disrespects the TOS, the forum will be banned.
