Well are you sure it is a Forumotion Warning. It could just be a Reported Abuse toward your forum which Forumotion doesn't do anything about. If a litigation is filed against your forum then Forumotion gets in it but if it is just a reported abuse then Forumotion doesn't have anything to do with it.
