That requires templates, and the version you're using, phpBB3, disallows you from editing templates. You can edit templates on phpBB2 & punBB. There might be another way, however you can do that by template editing.

dark glow is there anyway that u could center my warning sign? and he got that screen shot on my site but now its not center and it doesnt have that silver bar going across
