How to center forum title and 'who's online'?

Pretty self explanatory. You know the forum titles? How do I center those and the 'who's online?' section of my forum.
I'd just like everything centered.

I can't do a screen shot, but I can give a link and just pin point it out.
See.
For example : you can see where it says : Rules, Questions and Suggestions, etc.
How do I center that so it's in allignment with the category header.

And if you scroll down, there's an who's online section. How do I center that?

How do I put the category title in italics and make it lowercase? Where it says, 'So what we get drunk' it's in all caps, I'd like it in lowercase and in italics.

Well,

For the Who's Online will be modifying the Templates. For the Category Header will be in your CSS.

Look for this:

font-size: 25px;
font-family: Petit Formal Script;
}

or this:

.table-title, .table-title h2 {
color: white;
font-size: 1em;
}

Should be one of those.

....I'm not understanding! I know the top one is what I used to modify the category headers.
But how do I exactly change it? Can you like give step by step instructions for both of them?
