Solved Can't use moderation panel?

As the topic title say.. I can't use the moderation panel, I want to move a topic..Please help. Sad

If you just want to move a topic, scroll down to the bottom post and underneath there are 6 buttons:

Delete
Send to the basket
Move topic
Lock topic
Split topic
Merge topic
