What is the Friend or Foe feature?

I apologize if this has been asked before, or if I'm just dense lol (hey, it IS possible!), but I've searched everywhere and I can't tell what the "friend or foe" function is.

Could someone please let me know? Thanks!

the friend or foe features works by clicking on a members profile button below their post and adding them as friend or foe. If you add a few as a friend you can pm them all by going to new pm, and selecting friends in the userlist. With the foe list it allows you to 'ignore' members whom you dislike for whatever reason, stops them from pming you.

ok thx but at my site it doenst say friend or foe. how can add that feature.

Go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Users=>User settings and look for this option "Allow friends/foes management" and choose Yes then Save.

cool thx lucky for the 100th time and one more thing ive seen this one a site its awsome buy anyways, the index its like you click one a catogery but the name is un clickable but the thing under it has the same name and its clickable so i click on it then its said another catogery but its a different name and it has topics in the buttom then i click on it (not the topics) so then its a topics but its doenst say topics so im realy confused so someone plz help me? or lucky might again thx by the way.

yah i dont either but buttom line 1.)go to index 2.) you see catorgeries 3.) the thing above the forum saids the same name of the forum 4.) you can click on the forum its leads you to topics 5.) you click on one and it leads you to others so yah P.S. the catogeries in the index theres only one each. do you get it now?
